What is the best language learning system? When we implement the AIR Language framework, we see results!

Denton, TX — 03/10/2025

AIR Language today announced the release of the AIR Language Framework, a comprehensive system designed to support the language growth of multilingual learners in middle and high schools.

Across the United States, schools are facing a growing challenge: the number of multilingual learners continues to rise, while many language programs struggle to provide the consistent instruction and measurable progress students need. Teachers work hard to personalize learning, but delivering targeted language development for every student within a busy school schedule is extremely difficult.

The AIR Language Framework was created to address this challenge by providing schools with a structured system for continuous language growth.

The framework combines three integrated components:

ACE the Next Level – a structured student notebook that builds academic language, goal setting, and reading habits through a clear progression aligned to language proficiency standards.

AIR Language – a digital platform that reinforces growth through leveled reading, vocabulary development, and AI-supported language practice.

ACE by AIR Language – a schoolwide approach that adapts grade-level content to each student’s language proficiency, allowing multilingual learners to engage with core academic material while developing English.

Together, these components form a multimodal system that connects classroom instruction, independent practice, and real-time progress monitoring. Teachers and administrators gain access to dashboards that provide insight into student growth, reading activity, and writing development across grade levels.

What is the best language learning system?

Many people have been wondering what is the best language learning system, and to be honest, there are a lot of tools out there, but as far as systems go, not many encapsulate all students, at all levels.

Kyle Larson, founder and CEO of AIR Language, said the framework was developed in response to years of classroom experience working with multilingual learners.

“Teachers are working incredibly hard to support their multilingual students, but the system often asks them to personalize learning without giving them the tools to do it consistently,” Larson said. “The AIR Language Framework provides schools with a structure that makes continuous language development possible, regardless of how directly [or indirectly] they are supported."

The framework is designed to support multilingual learners across proficiency levels, including long term multilingual learners while also helping schools address the growing population of students who struggle with academic language.

AIR Language is currently partnering with schools and districts to implement the framework and gather feedback from educators.
