Virtual Reality vs Reality
This woman is wearing a virtual reality (VR) headset. She is currently playing a video game, and that is how VR headsets started.
This man is playing video games on his VR headset and has a more realistic experience.
These siblings are playing a racing game using their VR headsets. The VR headsets make them feel like they are actually racing cars.
But these days, VR headsets are being used in businesses all over the world. For example, this man is using his VR headset to talk in a meeting.
These coworkers are city planners working on plans for a city. The VR headset helps them to see information while they talk.
This woman is an engineer and is able to see engine parts up close using her VR headset. She likes it because she can see very specific details, very closely.
These students are using thier VR headsets in the classroom. When they use their headsets, they are able to see things outside the classroom.
But VR headsets don’t allow you to feel things like you can in reality.
And working out with friends is a lot different in reality.
And delicious food cannot be tasted using a VR headset
Meetings are different in reality, and shaking hands can only be done in person.
And smells make life interesting for everyone.
So, maybe the best situation is the ability to use both: virtual reality and reality.
Virtual Reality helps us to see more information and makes life more convenient.
But being able to taste, feel, and smell is what makes life great.
