A Day at the Horse Races

This is a horse. Some horses are called “Race horses.” This means they run with other horses to see which horse is faster.

This is a horse track. The horses run their races here, on the horse tracks.

This is a jockey. Jockeys ride their horses on horse tracks to win horse races.

This is the beginning of a horse race. All of the horses start right here before they begin running.

Then the horse race begins. All five of these horses and jockeys are riding as fast as they can to see who is faster.

They are all incredibly fast, but there is only one horse that is going to win the race.

But they all try to win. As the horse race continues, the horses become tired and some look better than others.

During the race, the horses have to jump over barriers, and this is hard. Bad things can happen when they jump.

These horses and their jockeys are still together. It is a very good race!

The horses are very close, and at the end, one horse looks stronger than the other horses.

This horse rides faster and faster! It is going to win the race!

At the end, it is in the front of the group! This horse wins the race! It was a good race, and this is winner! Great job!
