This is a black hat. In the world, there are many different types of hats for different uses.

Hard hats are worn at work to keep workers safe.

Babies often wear hats to keep their heads warm. These “beanies” here are blue, red, green, and yellow.

But others wear beanies too. Many people wear beanies, sometimes to keep warm, and sometimes for style.

Some hats are for special times. These people are wearing “Santa hats,” which people wear during Christmas time.

These hats are made out of tin foil, and people wear these to protect against aliens reading their minds.

This hat is called a “bucket hat.” In some places, people wear bucket hats for style.

This is called a fedora. It has a shorter brim and many travelers wear them.

This hat is called a “baseball hat.” People wear baseball hats while doing many things. It is made to keep the sun out of his eyes.

One specific type of baseball hat is called a “Trucker hat.” It keeps the sun out of the person’s face, and the back is opened. This keeps their head cool.

When graduating, people wear “graduation caps.” It is a special hat for a special day.

When they graduate, people throw them in the air in to celebrate.
