Blue collar jobs are jobs where workers have to use their hands and bodies to do. These jobs include warehouse workers. Warehouse workers have to lift and move a lot.
Woodworkers are also blue collar workers. Woodworkers have to be very careful when they use their tools.
Construction is a blue collar job, too. Often, construction workers get dirty when they work.
People who deliver packages are blue collar workers as well. Deliverers have to be careful when they lift because it is easy to hurt their backs when lifting.
There are many different types of blue collar jobs where workers have to do manual labor.
White collar jobs are usually jobs where workers work from an office.

Being a lawyer is a white collar job too. Lawyers work mostly in offices, but also in courtrooms.
Working with stocks is also a white collar profession. “Stock brokers” work from offices to invest money in companies.
Being an office manager is also a white collar job. Office managers manage offices.
Often, blue and white collar workers work together, and all workers are important to finishing the job.
